Being one of the most iconic beach in Sydney, albeit Australia, Bondi Beach gets pretty darn busy all year around.
South Bondi often has 2-4 foot beachies though it’s always pretty crowded. North Bondi is a gentle wave for the novice. Neither break holds much over 5-6 foot.
If you’re after the hottest beach to ‘be seen’ at in Sydney, this is it. If you’re after quality waves, try some of the breaks further South.
Regardless, Bondi Beach is a must-see if you’re in the area as it is probably Australia’s most legendary stretch of sand.
